  • communicate with mentors through monthly phone calls
  • conference with mentors in frequent Q & A conference calls

Who can apply to the International Institute of Mentoring?
The IIOM is not just for ministers, but for anyone who has a passion and a dream inside of them to spread the gospel, touch hearts, heal hurts, and see God change lives. There are many mentees in the Pastor role but just as many who are in the work place, and the IIOM has caused a change in the way they do business.

A personal letter from Judy Jacobs
Philippians 4:13 says: I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. All I am asking today is CAN YOU do all things? Are you doing all things? Can He do it without you? I remember when those questions were posed to me for the first time. I passionately said, “Yes, I can and do all He has called me to do and no He won’t do it without me.” but then I began thinking, “Am I really doing all I can do?”

You are full of destiny, power, and might and I want to see you DOING ALL YOU CAN. I want to see you fulfilling that thing God has predestined for you to do and be. An un-saved soul is waiting to hear the gospel from you. A lonely person needs your touch. A sick child longs for your prayers. You have songs in you that are unwritten and waiting to be recorded. You have books in you that need to be penned. You have a sermon in you that needs to be preached. You have the plans for an un-wed mother’s home waiting to be built.

You may ask, “Minister Judy, what do you have to offer me?” After 38 years of ministry, I believe I have something to teach you from experience and am willing to pass on an impartation of the anointing, just like Elijah and Elisha. I have a team of men and women that you can trust your dream with; you know, that dream you have shared with no one or just a few. There is a trained support group that will encourage you, help build you up spiritually, share with you from their experiences, and pray for you.

My vision is to reach the nations for Christ, but to do that we need an army because we were made for WAR! The nations are crying out - literally giving their lives for the Gospel. If we work together we can become a mighty force to raise up the Name of Jesus! Will you spend some serious time praying about becoming a warrior with me and them completing the application below.
